Bethany Howe - Global Security Strategist
Bethany Howe is a global security strategist who specializes in designing world-class trust and security programs for large and maturing organizations. She partners with security leaders to reduce physical and legal risk while building mature, scalable governance infrastructure. With leadership experience on Uber’s Global Security and Investigations team and strategic advisory roles at major technology companies, Bethany excels at strategic planning, key metrics development, executive reporting, governance framework creation, policy development, and cross-functional program execution.
Greg Howe – Hardware Development Leader
Greg Howe is a creative engineering and design leader with over 10 years driving consumer hardware products from early concept through global launch and end-of-life. Leaders turn to him when hardware programs fall behind schedule, exceed budgets, or face serious execution challenges — often requiring a full turnaround. As former Director of Operations and Director of Hardware Engineering at Shaper Tools, Greg brings deep expertise across the entire product lifecycle (concept, prototyping, EVT/DVT/PVT, launch, and EOL), manufacturing and supply-chain strategy (component manufacturers through CMs, JDMs, and ODMs), engineering team scaling, and major cost reduction through improved manufacturability and program execution.
